Jessica has been in the nonprofit sector since 2005, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for social justice to her role as Grants Manager at the ACLU of New Mexico. She graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2004 with a degree in Journalism and Communications, and her decision to join the ACLU of New Mexico has been driven by a strong commitment to social justice, reproductive freedoms, and civil liberties. At ACLU-NM, Jessica is thrilled to contribute to the organization’s mission by securing crucial funding that helps drive meaningful change across the state.
Outside of work, Jessica loves hanging out with friends and her dog, Sophie. She enjoys reading, catching live music, and binge-watching her favorite shows. Traveling to new places, especially those that need a passport, is one of her favorite ways to unwind and experience something different from the everyday routine.
